Just found a very Tiny fly in my tank. Is this a nat and what should I do?

Pretty sure what is meant is a Gnat/Mosquito.
I't's more likely to be, as you said, just a small fly. I get the odd one hatch in the moist set-ups, nothing to worry about unless there's quite a few. Then the substrate could probably do with a change.

Cool that pots My mind at ease. So if the prob does become bad just a substrate change will suffice?
