Scorpion List

Hi,

I am new to the forum and was wondering if there is a dedicated list on the forum which gives details of every scorpion that can be kept as a pet by beginners.

I am sure this question may have been asked several times, but please assist.

Phew, that's a tall order mate and i don't think you'll find such a list here or anywhere else...Our scorp o matic is probably the closest you'll come to it.
Although coming from England you'll find you're restricted by what's called a DWA (dangerous wild animals) list. This basically means that any scorpions you can buy in the UK are not going to be life threatening ones anyway (not that all those on the DWA list are!) and as such most could be considered beginners species.....albeit being open to discussion.

I don't know much about these places but in the UK you have www.easyinsects.co.uk .. www.petbugs.com .. www.thespidershop.co.uk I'm sure there may be other places but looking through those sites will give you an idea of what you could get....You could also join the BTS (british tarantula society) forum as i know there are occasionally people selling scorpions there to.
