| I also think Lychas mucronatus, and individual scorpions can vary somewhat in color.

| Thats right and also note that sometimes photos are affected by ideal white balance and most are taken under different lighting condition. Anyone got a 2nd opinion can chip in to discuss. | |

IMO, It's enough to see the pattern of the coloration and the aculeus to tell it's an L. mucronatus. | |

| Id say Lychas Mucronatus Look at the pedipalps its curved like a Male L. Mucronatus can have when it attains adulthood | |

| It's definetly Lychas mucronatus and it's a male... take not of the proximally twisted fixed-finger on the chela... nice specimen... Where did you get this in Indonesia? | |
