| I was feeding my emperors their first superworm and I think one got away, do I need to dig it out and see if it did or do I trust that one of them got it? | |

| If your Emps are yet adults, i would suggest you to dig it out. You will hate yourself more if your freshly molted scorps are attacked from beneath | |

| Yep, went to the deli and bought a copule deli cups to hold them for a bit. Moved the wood for the hide and took 1 scoop out and found it. Guess I pre-kill them or wait til they are a little bigger and hungrier. I am glad that I asked and didnt just "wait n see". A whole lot better outcome if you ask me. | |

| Try tong feeding your emps superworms, the emp should grab it and there is almost no chance of the superworms burrowing. | |

| it would probably have been ok, they get loose in my G rosea tank quite a bit and its actually the only place i can manage to get them to turn into adult beetles! but yeah, one at a time from tongs is best. | |

| Well, I saw the video GS posted and I knew that they put up a fight, but I just wasnt prepared for what happened lol. The scorp grabbed it and kinda tossed it aside. And before I could get ahold of it again it shot down the burrow. It worked out in the end because as soon as I moved the cork bark I had to fix the tank. And when I originally did it I didnt pack it like I should have. So it was weak. And then I added another layer of substrate so it was bound to fail. So now its tightly packed and theyve already started new burrows. 2 this time. Before they were in the same hole. | |
