Mine's on seven days too, on one mid-sized mouse. AFAIK I should be feeding her adult mice by now, so I think I'm gonna move either to a 5 day schedule, or to giving her 2 mid-sized per feeding. I prefer to let her grow a bit more before I move to adult mice.

AFAIK, GTP's are pretty agressive, and not really a snake you can handle like a royal.

Yeah you are right Dolby, I have heard that too now I think about it, they're pretty small too.
Sweet video Ludedor and lovely snake, keep 'em coming! I'm due a new feeding vid now she's all settled in and not so bothered about disturbing her. I see the seperate feeding box is working for you mate.

If handled from young Morelia viridis are not that aggresive, Corallus caninus is a whole different story however, maybe you got them mixed up?

Thanks jamie. I guess it would also depend on each snake also ..just like with T's and scorps they can be polar opposites

Not so..

They look small though, the way they're always rolled around a "stick"
Bex, you should check this thread to get an idea what's happening with their colours http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/showthread.php?102410-GTP-Any-way-to-guess-what-it-will-look-like
Unfortunately the red ones won't stay red

Nice video Ludedor!
Bit of update regarding mine. After regularly feeding her with live during december, she has finally converted to defrost. Two feedings are behind and no problems until now. Let's hope she keeps this way. I think she will, she's searching for food ALL the time

Woohoo Dolby!
I believe its actually a "natural mutation" called high gold.
I didnt get her from this site but there is info on all kinds of morphs and such (there is a little tab top right you can navigate to look at the diff ones) http://www.ralphdavisreptiles.com/collection/pythons/ball/high_gold_ball_python.asp

Yeah, definitely feels great now. I can finally enjoy having her, without all the stress when it comes to feeding.
That's a nice morph Ludedor! Thanks for that link. Very nice explanations on that morphs. Mine is http://www.ralphdavisreptiles.com/collection/pythons/ball/reduced_pattern_ball_python.asp not as reduced as some of the ones on those pictures.

Cheers! Yeah just a white cloth mate, will probably use a dark one next time to show off the white creeping up her sides. I got loads of other pics that day but her head is always out of focus, she just will not sit still
