| Just seeing how many other people like these very interesting scorpion look alike guys as much as me and discuss them post pics of others. mine is locally caught and tolerant of people but extremely agressive and determined hunter chasing crickets hellbent until it catches one through its burrow under wood over wood very fun to watch. most active hunter i have even more so than my Parabuthus Lisoma

Either ways sweet pics and cool critter. Vinegaroons and Whip Scorpions are common names for uropygi. Tailless Whip Scorpions and Whip Spiders are common names for Ambypligi. @ beene38 -- Nice M. giganteus by the way. I will probably get one of those next. | |

| You should get one BEX they are very cool and more active than most scorps, really cool to watch hunt its prey too, i caught mine in my backyard they are very common here in this part of US. Ive seen some sites try to sell them for $50! If thats the going rate i got couple hundred dollars just crawling around my backyard | |

| Bex I also think you should get one. As stated before they are much more active than scorps. They are also good if you want to handle your pets, they are very docile. From what I'm told, they also eat alot more than scorps do. | |

| yeah i like the difference between the way true scorpions and this guy dig, scorpions tend to dig more like dogs kicking the dirt out underneath and behind them while these guys dig like little miners carrying what they can and depositing it into little piles | |
