| i barely got an obt sling recently.i dont have experience but from what ive read theyll make a molting spot with web and sit on or lay on their back,refuse food and become lethargic. | |

| What do you mean "lethargic"?
My OBT is somewhat blue in color (carapace and legs) and its abdomen is somewhat rusty orange. It refuses food now and doesnt web that a lot. His size maybe I estimate at 1" | |

| Stick a pic up mate, but yeah, it'll just stop eating and MAY web itself into a hole if it's made one. If you suspect its in premoult, just dont lob any crix in with it. leave it for a week or 2 then offerfood again. If it doesnt eat it then either remove food or kill it in there or a better option is use a maggot or 2 as food. You can leave them in with a moulting spider no probs. | |

| That an OBT? Looks more like an GBB or something, very young..
Anyway, I think I have never seen a spider that fat, so I wouldnt really feed it much the next few days :-)
If it moults, it will grow huge with an abdomen filled like that! Damn | |

| No, theres no real way of telling at that age without a good condition moult skin and a decent microscope. | |

| My OBT doesnt pay attention whenever I put fresh nymphs or pre killed nymphs. And also my OBT doesnt seem to web that heavy like yours I wish it would molt too soon | |
