Before i was able to get my humidity at 80% i misted quite regularly. Now i have other means and misting is no longer really needed as much(im using a false bottom and a humidifier placed fairly high above the tank so that the moisture is not going directly into the tank). I dont have condensation on the sides its more on the bottom where the substrate has gotten too moist in some areas from my early novice misting. ive stirred it up a little to let it breath but i still get a little condensation can i dry out my substrate? or other means? i dont want fungus or complications for my little buddy.

I'd say just let the false bottom do it's thing for a bit. Turn off the humidifier so your heat lamp can evaporate the water through the sub. You should be condensation free in a few days I would think. Also, I don't believe it will really harm anything for it to be in there...
