| By the way, I posted this thread elsewhere and I just realized that I forgot to post it here, so the original information on that post is from sometime last week. | |

| Nice Tityus aesthenes (?). I had a couple of young instars myself, but unfortunately they passed away. Those look like healthy adults, a very sleek species. | |

| Oh sorry, I keep forgetting to put what they are. They are Tityus obscurus but they do look the same as asthenes. Tityus obscurus were formerly known as Tityus paraensis.
Thanks, yea the scorpions are great. This is one that I've wanted for years and now I finally have. The three females should be gravid, one I can see embryo's on and the other one looks like she will start to show soon but the third isn't showing yet.

Awesome. Lychas are a great species. I plan on getting Lychas scutilus sometime later this year or next year, I just have to arrange for the scorpions to be available around the time my friend imports snakes from Malaysia. Then I can successfully start on my projects and getting them readily available in the US.

I want to end making them such a hard find here and end the lack of knowledge on them although LXDNG posted a helluva article on them awhile back. Good luck to you.

Good luck ! Thanks. My goal is to establish them in my collection then in the hobby. For that purpose when I have babies I'm only going to sell in trios. I may sell in pairs to certain people that may not be able to get trios, but I won't be selling any singles because no way to breed if you only get one, at least with a pair or trio you have a chance of getting both sexes.

Are they adult? Yep, the visual sexual dimorphism isn't noticeable until adults.

I guess many things are dependent on that. My females are black.
