He claims it's Heterometrus Swammerdami but I've seen a few and this looks like an Imp. to me.

As best as I can make out of the video with its poor quality and bad lighting, I think he's telling the truth. Look very closely at the claws and there is a distinct difference between a P. imperator claw vs an H. swammerdami's.

Looks like a Swammerdami to me, he has another video uploaded of him dropping food in for it and he shines a torch on it you can tell by the colouring.

definitely a heterometrus of some kind, though there are several that have claws similar to that. the size does suggest swammerdami, but there are so many different heterometrus it could be any of the less common ones.

It really does look like an Emp, bodywise, but what's throwing me off is the coloring on the legs. I just held mine last night and she has no red at all. All black.
I think Swammerdami

+1 on the claws. Just looked at a pic of one of each side by side.

for example: H. cyaneus: http://www.ntnu.no/ub/scorpion-files/h_cyaneus.jpg
H. gravimanus (very similar): http://www.ntnu.no/ub/scorpion-files/h_gravimanus(f).jpg
H. laoticus: http://www.ntnu.no/ub/scorpion-files/h_laoticus2.jpg
H. mysorensis (also very similar): http://www.ntnu.no/ub/scorpion-files/h_mysorensis(f).jpg
H. phipsoni; http://www.ntnu.no/ub/scorpion-files/h_phipsoni_india.jpg
H. unknown species possibly wroughtoni (pic name swammerdami strangely): http://www.ntnu.no/ub/scorpion-files/h_swammerdami1.jpg
there are many more that have not been described simply because the assumption has been made that they are one of the more common species. most of the heterometrus sold in shops are wild caught, and the only criteria of the collectors of them are "the big black ones" so there may well have been several undescribed species sold through UK and US pet shops as H. spinifer or longimanus, even specialist sellers cant tell without killing the thing in the process of identifying it, the differences are so slight in most cases.
