| hey scorpion people. i decided not to get that viv that would involve me cutting glass or perspex to cover a door. instead, i'm probably going to get a large clearseal aquarium. after looking into it, the larger ones do not seem to come with a lid, instead they are about £30 extra. will i need a lid, or will it be fine without one? thank you tom | |

| Well, Emps do fine at room temperature but you still need high humidity. I would get a lid but you can make your own easy. | |

| You'll be wanting a lid. If not to keep your animals in, at least to help keep the humidity in, and the temperature up.
While it's true that scorpions can't climb glass, you still want to take every precaution to prevent escape.

While it's true that scorpions can't climb glass, you still want to take every precaution to prevent escape. They can still climb silicone and the wire of your tempfeeler for instance.. They are not good at it like spiders, but they still manage. I cant imagine fat ones doin it though
