So I HAD 5 emps. The other day I decided to look in their tank to check them out since I hadn't seen them in a week or so. I found one scorpion up against the side of the hide and wall of the tank. I tapped the wall and it didn't move. I opened the tank and touched him and sure enough he was dead. I picked up their hide to see the others and found both my adults(female was pregnant) dead. I only have my two sub adults left. I've been feeding them regularly and kept their tank moist. There are no mites or anything else in the tank to explain their deaths. any ideas?

It's hard to say really as it could be any number of things. Were they properly heated?

Strange indeed. If the other two die it could be contaminated feeders. Were there any visible injuries on either? Gravid females tend to get a bit aggro and can become aggressive toward their tankmates.

Crazy. I'd definitely say that something unusual happened to have three die on you at once. That sucks man. I'm sorry.

Thats horrible. Since you say there are no visible injuries, then I can not say they had gotten into a fight. Perhaps it was food, or old age. Maybe their is something in the enclosure the other 2 haven't gotten to yet. I would change the substrate.

Is there any ventilation in the tank? Electrical wires touching the ground?
Infected water?
