is £20 a fair price?

hey scorpion peps. saw a juvie emp at my local swallow aquatics last week for sale at £20. i was going to buy one for £10 today, whilst i was in Birmingham, but it got sold
does anybody think this is a ridiculous price to pay, at a shop? or is this a good price to pay? once again, it is a shop mind.

Go a show. Adults dont cost 20 quid. You might even get a breeding pair/ trio for £20.

is there any shows coming up in the uk then?

what is the heat pack? i guess it adds heat.. but what does it look like and what actually is it?

lol, a h4eat pack is a small packet that gets warm. You put it in the box with the packing and it adds background heat inside the box to make it more comfortable for the animal.

Not a clue, I just buy them in 20's and post them out with spiders through colder seasons.

naah.. not the gravesend one. they are in a big 'ole cupboard type thing, it looks humid and has a couple o' heatmats in the bottom. still i'd better rescue him lol

Here in the US I bought 1 Emp. for $8 and so did I for the next 3. 8 Bucks translates over to about £5.37. So I suppose then no, it's not a fair price but I'd probably end up buying him anyways because I doubt the pet shop will treat him correctly.

you'd be surprised.. they really know there stuff where i buy them. i think you get everything a lot cheaper in the states and i envy you bedlam
