Yep, one of the most communal species I've seen. And the best is you can stuck 10-20 in a 10 gal without problems

Like Will said, its safer. However opening all cups is a pain, I do not want any accidents to happen anymore to my beautiful scorps either.

Yep, these are all from Carlos. The caucasicus are feisty little guys. Not as much as as H. tamulus though.

Unfortunately they're for a friend of mine. But they're really cool o I might try to keep couple of them for myself. They care the hell out of me though, really fast and ready to sting. The venom should not be underestimated either.

Tamulus are awesome. Been on my list for a minute. Here in the States you see a lot of Hh's and H. judaicus, and every pet shop in town has an H. trilineatus. Hottentotta's need more love!

Any how, congrats on the recent acquisitions man. I'm glad to see some desert love.

After I lost one of my M. martensii to mycosis last night, and I'm now down to 2 males, I decided the 25x50cm tank is way too much space for. So today I set for them a minimalistic setup in a 15x30cm. Turned out pretty nice though IMO.

One of my Hottentotta tamulus has molted last night. Looks like some of the coloration is starting to show now.

It helps but it is not bullet proof, I just put them into separate cricket tubs again and now i can sleep without worries again
