Though, I don't complain about her rats either... and I don't feed them to the snake lol!

Btw. gonna try and take a look at that bicolor molt later with my vet's microscope. Will keep you updated on that.

Ok, I had two batches of Androctonus. The first batch I keep communally. The second I have kept them separated. All born 8/24/11. The first batch went to 3i the week of 10/3/11. Now all of the communal group have gone underground and I haven't seen any Scorpions for 2wks. Should I be worried? affraid

No. Just offer a humid spot in a corner. They get very reclusive when approaching a molt.

Thanks Street, I've been keeping the humidity upwards of 70%, the temp between 80 to 90 degrees!

Yeah, like street said, they tend to hide more. All my androcs have burrowed so i cant get any pics. Only the AA comes out at night.

Not a bad shot for non-macro lens.
The last few pectine tooth (left) is unclear hence i can only guess.
I estimated 30 +/- so i can't be sure too.. Smile
