| I would say A. bicolor first, they are smaller, and alot more temper (from what ive read here since i have no experience with A. australis) And the A. australis is bigger and more potent, you youll be ready for that if you start with A. bicolor.
EDIT: Bicolors have STRONG metasomas, so lifting them with tweezers is somewhat different to other species.

Usually, the "Fat tail" is more significantly shown from 5th instar onwards. 4i maybe right after its freshly molted, being a glutton as they are(usually) in no time, they will become "walking sausages"

| Well I smoked this one out, otherwise you cant see him either. They dig a lot too. And as you can see, poke it and it goes defense mode. | |

| Hehe Will, Im sure that amongst one of your breedings will be several of these. So you will enjoy them too. Actually he would be scary if he was larger than a cricket. | |

| They are supposed to yes. But I read from the reports that the size difference is not that distinct. So I guess mine are just very little ontop of being another morph.
There is little difference between the morphs. Maybe a bit more glossy and really dark, coloration overall.
Granulation is different too but you have got to be pro to see it.
