the pet shop has run out of crickets so i had to buy these. its pretty nasty, you have to "disable" thier jumping legs before feeding. and my scorps have just made it into 2I and im wondering how i could feed these guys to the 2i. should i just chop of its head and leave it in the tank? i hean they can live a couple of days without their heads.

They aren't cockroaches -- I'd just headcrush them, maybe skoosh 'em a bit, and leave them. Take out what your scorps don't eat the next day.
And if your scorpions JUST made it to 2I, give them at least a few days to harden up before feeding them.

to be honest they would be ok for a few days longer until the shop could get some in. When mine hit 21, 5 days later I took them from mum and at 21 and 6 days I fed them. I gave them a night to settle into their new home.
Now if yours are still with mum you can offer a head crushed or head cut off locust. Mum might take it, might even break it up and offer it to her young.
