| If it's sitting there with its tail out and not moving with you prodding it, then it's dead.
If it's just sort of hanging out, nothing's wrong. They do that sometime. | |

| i think its dead, earlier its tail was curled and its claws were up but he wouldent respond to anything. Any ideas what may have caused it coz its only a few months old | |

| could be any number of things, it might have nothing to do with you or the scorps tank whatsoever. these things happen sadly.

| second baby one or second death? i have seen someone spray perfume on a delivery of crickets at their shop because they stink (as you expect crickets to) so there is always the possibility of some outside source effecting them. what do you feed the feeders? could be a pesticide in something they are eating? well good luck with the rest! | |

| i fed them pinheads gutloaded on fish food, and its my secound death, the first was to old age and this on will remain a mystery i think | |

| little scorpions dont really stink, however my rotting emp caused me to not be able to enter my animal room for a week without nearly being sick after i removed it. its likely a small scorp will dry out rather than rot. | |

| If its tail was curled, I hesitate to believe it was actually dead. Scorpions are very good at faking it.
Edit: Unless it was completely dried up. That's easy to do by mistake with young desert species. | |

| i still dont know if its dead because i cant find him in his little pot, i think itmight have burrowed if its still a live
