agree that we will trade some scorpions and will send both together on 12/05. I send that day but did not get any news from him.


On 16/05 he write me follow:


„hi, im really sorry you have not recieved the scorps from me but as i mentioned to you in first message on venom list they were due to molt anytime and the male shed on monday morning when i was about to pack them to send i noticed he was half way out of his shed.. and the other 2 look like they will shed in next few days (if not by the time i get home in an hours time) . again i am sorry for the delay but i am not a person who will risk scorpions lives especially if risk of them shedding during transit and gettin hurt or worse dying.. i will send you them as soon as the other 2 have shed or if you wish then i will send them as they are now but i must state there is a huge risk of them shedding in transit and harm coming to them. P.S i recieved the 4 from you on friday morning and they are all fine and eating ..all for now thanks daniel"



His answer received on 17/05


„hi im sorry if this sounds "funny" to you but i to have been keeping scorpions fro many years and have NEVER sent a scorp in the post that was so close to pre-molt.. and have never gone back on my word in a sale or a trade ... i said i will send you the scorpions as agrteed but if they are dead when they arrive due to shedding in transit then thats your choice i have not once lost a scorpion in the post and dont want to start now .. please let me know your answer (if you want to give my details in the negative feedback then so be it but just because you may have had a bad experiance doesnt mean that others will feel the same way.and i know for a fact there are people who will back me up on the matter)"



From that day he's not answering to any emails. So he's receive scorpions from me, but most bothered after almost a month to respond my emails, send some promised scorpions, I'm not mention the fact about to get my scorpions back.

I had another member here also contact me saying they paid him a large amount of money and their order not turn up, so fingers crossed for them!

Im gonna leave it till Wednesday and see if i get a refund as he promised, if not then i will be starting another thread on RFUK as i really cant stand scammers, its just simply not fair and its not good for the hobby.

I certainly wont be using him again even if he does refund and i dont think months is acceptable to wait without communication.

Im glad you got it sorted in the end and i hope all your scorps are settling in well

hi, thsanks for the reply, it seems funny also for me as i recieved a parcel today and guess what was in there, all the scorps that i paid for from him more than 2 months ago, and he even included some that i hadnt paid for they were only scorplings though.they were all alive and are doing ok so far but they were sent to me 3 weeks ago i dont understand hy they have taken so long to get to me and customs didnt hold it back for that time either.must be the service here..........

i wont have from him in the future its taught me a big lesson , but i have recieved the goods and am now leaving it at that....

please let me know how you get on....

Hiya

He's Scorpionking over on RFUK and that is where he seems to do most of his business. I have now left him neg feedback over there and i did post up a scammer warning and my paypal reciept with proof of payment and his name etc on it. (mods seem to have removed it tho )

Well this seems to have had an effect as this morning i get some sorry ass excuse in a pm from him saying he doesnt always check his pm's and email (how he could fail to miss a pm notification on RFUK is beyond me) and we would have our money back by Wednesday this week.

I have said if he does this then i would remove the neg feedback i have left.

So it seems this is the way to go to get your money back!

If you need any further help or want me to send you copies of the pm's i have from him over on RFUK im also Muze over there.

hi, i have had the same problem with him but i made an order worth 300 euro from him and he has vanished , do you mind telling me what the other forum he is on and using still because i had no luck with paypal refunds. maybe we can do something.

Ban me if you wish but i got this the day i posted the complaint about him at the same time he logged onto rfuk.. both the dates of birth for the users are the same. Sounds like scorpionking to me.

Scorpcrazy said he lived in the uk...hmmm

Please note i am not doing this to annoy the mods here, i just wish to stop other scorp keepers losing their hard earned cash to this guy.

You must write to paypal, they must to send money back and block this scorpionking/crazy paypal account.
