| as i wrote the other day i had my first baby martensii , and i discovered soething funny isolating the mom, when i found her with the babyies i think that i better isolate her , and i was making a little setup in a cake dispenser , taking the mom out of the big tank she was off course very angry and trying to sting me , i used a big forceps ,making her accidently loose some of the kids , when she was moved i had to pick up the babies to her with a spoon , and i tried to put them back on her ,but she was to angry and i put them on the floor , and now the funny part , it was some big surprise to see her walking straight to the babies and laying just next to them and trying to get to climbed up on her again gently using the tail to like give them a ltlle push, i did defently not imagene seeing this loving care ´with scorpions ,is that normal behaviour or is this speices just very caring for the kids , and now a question , i put a cricket down to her ,so she woudent eat the babies , is that to soon , or will it just give her stress,/michael | |
