Is it normal for male emps to be lazy... and not ever dig? and steal the female burrows/food? and for females, obviously, to do alot of digging and such?
all my females are rabid diggers. the male is just chill.

i have a male and female emp with two hides. cleaned it yesterday. they each dug into there own hide. but now they are sharing one. thats how theyve done it before to. they will stay in theyre own seperate hide for a few hours and then theyll share one.

nope, hes perfectly healthy and has even been more aggressive than usual to cage cleaning so i fed him a cricket

It varies a lot between specimens.
When you get two who have different enough "personalities," it can be like watching a sitcom with bad writing talent.
