| How will i know if i have a gravid scorp? i recently got a desert hairy and it looked normal, not fat, not skinny, but now about a month later it is absolutly huge! is there a way of telling if she is gravid or did she just eat too much?(i dont see hoe she could have) this is the night i got her and this is now I have not fed in a week and a half because i was afraid she over ate or something but she has not shrunk, maby even got bigger....and she seems hungry... | |

| I would say, going by your descriptions that she is probably gravid - but wait for someone else's opinion | |

| How long have you had her for? A possibility could be pre-molt but i'm still swayed toward gravid | |

| If she is gravid, don't get your hopes up -- this species rarely makes it to 2I in captivity. | |

| Best of luck. The only advice I can offer is to make sure she can dig a nice deep burrow that's *slightly* more humid at the very bottom. | |
