Do you think this bad boy(orgirl) is done growing and molting?

I'm not sure about the stinger color, and the reason i am asking is because last time i went to the pet show i saw another emp that was almost twice as big.

yea, he/she is an adult.
the whole "big thing" is relative to being wild caught and exposed to alot of heat, food, and oxygen (not 100% sure)

i have a female that when the tail is extended, 7-8 inches from claws to tail.
and i have a male whose 4-5 in the same way

they are both adults.
so yeah. i didnt know this until a few weeks back too

White telson = Juvenile
Yellow/cream = Sub - adult
Brown/red = Adult

That rule is regardless of size for emps.

Some individual specimens are larger than others usually reliant on conditions but not always, some are just bigger.
