| im tired of seeing baby crix all over my P. imperitor enclosure as well, how do we stop this? i freeze the enclosure about once a month but moving my scorp that often stresses her too much. i dont have enough inverts to warrent a roach colony and feeding my emp only male crix isnt an issue i can do, seems i get a 90/10 female male ratioe where i buy the feeders. what can we do to be comfortable? | |

| hey guys I am pretty new but I have encountered several instances where experts have cited that you should NOT feed mice to scorpions. they are too high in calcium and could have detrimental effects. In addition, the blood and guts all over your substrate could be as bad as the cricket eggs. You could change substrate more often perhaps and get rid of all the crickets? don't really know though | |

| 1) Remove the substrate and replace 2) Do NOT feed mice to your scorps as they are very unnutritious and there will be a bloody mess for you to clean up. But apart from that it's fine, haha | |

| If you're worried about baby crickets, stop using crickets as feeders. Or stop putting in adult female crickets, or damage the ovipositor first. | |

| my scorps wont eat superworms. i might get a high dish so they can go in and fish them out. whenever i try to feed them the superworms they freak out cause the worms are moving in their face. so for now its crickets | |
