| I figured since a good 99% of people in the hobby have a tarantula that there might as well be a photo thread for them. There's one for scorps, why not? I got my first T today - it's name is Pookie Bear. C. fasciatum

would post pix of my inverts still no camera yet well, when they reach adulthood and we've got 'em sexed the one with the male should send it off to the one with the female for a party and then split the slings from the mating, eh?

Lori and her friend have a male on a breeding loan -- if he's next to the female's tank, the drumming will be loud enough to wake you up at night. The female's drumming is a cute little dance thing (it made everyone laugh at the breeding attempt last night).

| The only reason I am saying that is the "flames" on the knees of your B. smithi are overly pronounced...lol. I wasnt saying that it is a B. auratum just that it looks like one. I have had both so I know the differences...lol. | |

| I'm glad this thread got a sticky and is taking off the way I wanted it to. now, when will the world quit concerning itself with the strength of language and quit censoring people? seriously, it's part of daily life. they say to cuss is to be crass which means stupid and immature but cussing is sometimes the best way of describing anything and getting it across to the great majority - it's universal. to keep with the point of the point of the thread: Pookie Bear eating - it's had 2 of those this wk | |
