| I was just wonderingg when my scorplings will molt to the 3rd stage? They were born on May-26th of 2009.... so its been about 1 month and a week form the day it was born till now. but lately these days, ive been prettty anxious for it to molt~ btw, its a emperor scorpion. and can someone tell me if different types of scorpions molt aprrox. to the same date as other socrpions? liek do some molt to 3rd instar faster then other types? | |

| Its been over a year and I only have one pandinus imperator from that brood left. All the others just died. ramdomly. That little one is still 4I and showing no signs of getting much bigger! If it still alive! I think it was a faulty batch | |

| what the mayo?!?.... that is pretty random for it to all just...die?....hmmm :/ but one other question, is that normal growth for it to be still small even after one year??? Should it be past the 4th instar by now?? and it sure does sounds swazy to me for it all to die.. | |

| Well they take upto 2 years to mature. I have no idea why they all died, they all just dropped down dead. Never mind | |

| Not enough personal experience with emps, but I know some species will molt at different rates even if from the same brood. | |

| It just takes different times as mike says. depends on food, humidity, and the individual specimen. | |
