| i have a problem. If oyu read my previous thread i stated that i had broods. But then the mother decide to devour them all. Now i have another problem. The tank and her self is filled with mites. I am clueless to where it came from and now how to get rid of it from her... please please help me out... | |

| Are they "running about everywhere" mites or "stuck to the scorp's joints and not moving" mites?
If they're the first one, their population exploded because of a free meal (dead scorp babies). They're just the cleanup crew. | |

| hmm.. in the burrow it seems moving.. but very slowly.. so they are cleanup ey.. bad or good? on the mother its just sticks onto her around her joints and head.. some on abdomen... sorry no pic.. me cousin took it.. so no cam.. | |

| Post a pic to show us how bad the "bad" ones are if you can -- borrow a camera if you have to.
If they're really bad, remove a few with a Q-tip, but the best option is probably to let the predatory mites do their job. | |
