| Hmmm pink toe aka Avicularia avicularia i whould get him something like a P.regalis or a P.rufilata both really good looking Ts, or you chould get him a B.smithi allso really good looking T.. | |

| I wouldn't recommend anything with a genus starting with "P" for a first-time T owner. | |

| oh its all sooo confusing! but I think its the chile one or the pinky toe...just want a young one for him! that way...ok could still die as WC but maybe not...as wouldnt be "old age" xxxx | |

| The only P genera that come to mind are
Poecolitheria [sp?] -- scary ornamentals from India and surrounding area (medically significant) and Pterinus [sp?] -- the baboon tarantulas (very bitey) | |

| I started nice and slow! but i will maybe work up the ladder! But the thing is....I wont be comfortable taking out and putting in the tank the "big hairy spider"....so I just hope it will happily walk out xxxx | |
