Does anyone mark there tanks with a rating on how potent there venom is? Like a 1-10 next to the species name or something?

I'm just curious because I'm getting more Species soon and I want each cage marked just in case for whatever reason.
So if someone sees it in my room they know not to go near or if like I ever got tagged or something.

What would you rate an Emperor Scorpion and B. Jacksonis?(Jacks are my next species.)

Thank you,
-Matt

Nah. Sometimes I'll label my hots as being hots, but that's about it.

Most scorps are rated on a 1-5 scale. I think emps are a 2 and B. jacksoni are a 3.

How does it go?
1 - Painful at area of sting
2- Very painful at the area of sting
3- Very painful at area of sting plus limb, and sometimes beyond area of sting
4- Very painful at area of sting plus limb and beyond area of sting AND symptoms affecting systems (i.e. respirotory, circulation, nervous)
5-All of the above and known to cause deaths

Is that correct?

The book Scorpions by Manny Rubio says Emps are 1 or less!
I'm confused...

I would agree I thought emps would be a 1. What would a H.spin be a 2?

Nah, emps stings are pretty dull. The only ereason you'll feel any pain at all is because of the big telson.
