| It's one of mine i got last year from leeds show I dont think they have the strength to penetrate skin at this size graham. Although it is quite interesting how it has gone from being quite laid back while it was with the others to being a little feisty now it is on it's own. BTW mine have stopped eating and are dark and round so watch out for a shed very soon | |

| I don't think I've seen that species before...gonna go look it up. It is so cute. I'm enjoying my babies. There is something very cool about raising a scorpion up and having them molt and get bigger...colors change, etc. Thanks for sharing. I hope ya make it Lycan...would be sad to see ya taken down by such a wee killer | |

| I have a Euscorpius ssp too. Mine has a nice temper and I've handled it alot. It once tried to climb from my finger and up the glass in it's box (they push themselves higher using their tail), and it felt like I stung my fingertip on a really sharp needle, but couldn't see anything afterwards. I saw it take out a cricket almost twice its own size the other day, so I guess small can be just as good (and yes, it ate the whole thing too ) | |

| I have observed euscorpius taking larger prey.
on one feeding session I accidentally dropped a larger cricket in and thought oh no! tried to catch it but you know how quick little crickets are. It crawled under the slate and when i picked it up to catch the cricket, the little scorp had already got it. it has to be said... they're tough little fella's! | |
