| Well as some of you know I had an adult A. australis have a bunch of still born that she so kindly ate. Well she has been hiding a lot recently and I just finally got a good peek at her and she is huge. It looks as though she has embryos. I didn't think A. australis were known for storing spermetaphors. It has been about 6 months from the last birth. I took some decent pics last night. I will post them when I get home. | |

| It wouldn't surprise me -- I've heard of it in a few other species. Incidentally, they were also Buthids. | |
