Yeah, there's a molt approaching. I thought just under three years seemed a bit young to be so close to popping. As venom said, the light telson and small size are what gives her away as being a subadult.
While I normally say that seeing the dorsal nerve cord is a sign of being gravid, this is an example where it's not a sign. This specimen has a different "shape" than a gravid female would.
