I'm a daddy

I'm so exited. Roxy had puppies. They look like little wrinkly boxers. Theres 5 of them in total and they all look just fine. I'll post pictures up soon.

I want one, we have decided to get a puppy,
if only you lived here or us there lol

six now, hope it's not to cold tonight I gave her some hot beef broth and some puppy food and a nice thick warm blanket. I got pictures but my phone is being lame so I cant post em up yet.

cuteness. is momma taking good care of them?

Suprisingly...yes. Instinct kicked in and she growls when my other dog gets even 10 feet close to her (hes good only wants look out of curiosity). She cleaned them up and they all look fine. One still has the umbilical cord but she's trying to take care of that as I type this. Funny thing is you can tell they're sharpaie/boxers. Hope they stay a little wrinkly

just curious, some dogs have a tendancy to kill the puppies. that's what happened to my dogs mother, she killed half the litter.

To be honest I thought she would. She hates other dogs I once brought home a puppy i was taking care of and my big male would play with him but she wanted to kill it. But no she's really taking care of them

i have seen emense changes in cats when they have babies. maybee it is the same with dogs? my cat was a complete wimp and kept running away from us, then she had babies 3 years ago and is only just managing not to try to kill us all the time.

Yeah she's defiantly taking a liking to the pups LOL. I tried to move all of them (including her) to a warmer spot since they're outdoors and as soon as I would move them she would grab them and take them back to her little nest. So i built a makeshift doghouse (ghetto room) around them. It's made out of a table, some bamboo, mesh, and a blanket. I'm hella creative today.

Is it sad that I think newborn puppies are cuter than newborn human babies.

Still doing fine she's walking around now and spending a little less time with the pups. Which is good because she is actually eating good again. She look like a big bag of bones with all the lost weight and extra....everythings.

Mom-dogs with droopy teats are gross.

So yeah, get her to eat up.

you shoulda' seen the pitbull at the local park the other day....

My dog has always been pretty thin but since she had the pups you can see the rib cage. It's gross but I still love her.

Thank you. A bit of an update. We have an early bird that open her eyes today. When i went back to take a picture she had already fallen asleep. Oh well.
