Here's a bubble popper. Best you can do is try...and pray. Doesn't look like your scorpion stands a fighting chance there. Time will tell.

Keeping it on dry substrate alone won't help. Mites need water. When there isn't much water in the surrounding areas, the mites will tend to clutter on and within folds on the scorpion's body (think the only source of water for miles around); this just cannot be good for her.
Try dry substrate (i.e. paper towels) but don't forget to put a reallyy small water dish in the enclosure. This dish shouldn't elevate the humidity inside the enclosure. Hopefully the mites will have enough logic in them to at least take the dish as an alternative water source. This will not remove all mites from the scorpion's body, but will at least help buy some time for her, I think!

Vaseline can also be a good try, just remember not to overdo it. Lol!

Don't let yourself be put down by this though, treat this as the best leverage you'll ever get at learning about parasites - first hand.

A wet towel is not dry substrate.

P/s: Common sense is common, that is why it's called common sense.

I really don't think you'll get very far without introducing some sort of predator.

Scorpion111 pretty much nailed the description of the predatory mites. Check all your habitats for little specks running around the soil -- that's probably predatory mites.

Pseudoscorpions, the thing I posted pictures of here, also feed on mites.
