| It did not take the F/T mouse. I heated it and wiggled it and left it there, nothing worked.
So now... comes the hardest most frustrating thing in all of herp keeping.
Try to make it eat F/T.
Ughgh I thought maybe that it was that it wanted rat but I couldn't find any frozen rats.
I think I will buy a live mouse and see if ti takes it, then the next week pre kill(Which I hate to do to an innocent being) and then finally F/T or feed a live and leave a F/T to see if it takes it in the excitement as well.
Sound good? | |

| I just feed all my snakes live food. Never had a problem and always fed it on my bed. | |

| But it costs more, and no puedo consegir intermidieate sizes and I will have to feed rabbits one day. Maybe just two rats. but still How much is a rat? 5 bucks? So 2 rats is 10 bucks twice a month 20. Plus my BP. My Redt ail eats frozen. So maybe I should get rid of my BP.
Anyone in Chicago area want one? | |

| Eh, the closest big reptile shop is still 30 minutes away.
I would send it but I can not ship reptiles.

| how long have you had him? Snakes can go forever without eating. I had to get my ball python to eat F/T for the first time by starving him for a few weeks. | |

| How big is the burmese? When you want to make the transition give 2 smaller food items instead of 1 larger, 1 live and 1 prekilled, do that for the first couple of feedingd then go to 1 prekilled and 1 F/T do that for a while then try to switch completly to larger F/T.. When its big enough for bunnies they will also eat small chickens that are usually alot cheaper then rabbits. see if there a farm and feed store near you it might be worth the drive time for the cheaper prices.. | |
