Hello guys and girls today I get my first scorpions from bugsincyberspace btw he's awesome, anyway I wanted to ask that can I keep two breeding pairs of striped tailed devil scorpions two since I have 2 large cages and I would like to keep them together

You could try keeping them together for a breeding pair, but this species is known for being somewhat cannibalistic. I've heard mixed reports though.
