Bark scorpions Empty
PostSubject: Bark scorpions   Bark scorpions Empty9/29/2015, 11:03 am

I bought what I was told were bark scorpions on here a three years ago. Not realizing how venomous the arizona barks are. I now have a two year old and I'm worried about having them now. I will start a thread to id then when I can get pictures but my question for now is are all bark scorpions extremely venomous or just the arizona ones?

It depends on the species, and sometimes even the area of origin. The only medically significant species native to the US is Centruroides sculpturatus.

"Life is a gamble. You can get hurt, but people die in plane crashes, lose their arms and legs in car accidents; people die every day. Same with fighters: some die, some get hurt, some go on. You just don’t let yourself believe it will happen to you."
