| Nyx left a small pebble sized globule of clear liquid on my hand when first handling/disturbing her and later on my points as I was sitting on my sofa. At first I thought she was injured or ruptured somewhere but she's fine by appearances and is normal in behavior. She's an Imperator. It doesn't seem like typical excretion to me. It did not, in my observation, come from her anus behind the telson and does not look like typical feces. In addition to that thought I don't really recall ever seeing her do her business but surely if she hasn't been going for this long she'd have died by now. I've had her for about a year now at least. Do scorpions regurgitate water when disturbed? I'm not familiar with this. Thoughts? | |

| It probably just got some water out of its mouth. Has he been doing this a lot or just once?

| Just those couple times mentioned is all. She is by all means a happy healthy scorp otherwise. I'm not too concerned anymore. I just had a spastic "parent" moment when she left trails of water on me out of nowhere. | |
