| Our Winter is cold enough to put on the heater...and otherwise no lid on aquarium prevents water to go over 27º. I feed huge cockraoches to prevent the two of eating each others feet ore gills... | |

| That’s cool!!! As said the only danger is the fact (especially when they get bigger) they tend to bite off one another’s limbs. How ever the limbs actually re-grow to the fullest but it would be cruel to rely on that fact…
So just keep feeding these ferocious eaters!

| I noticed that black and white mollies can be housed peacefully with them since no fish got eaten and no gill damage was done to my axies. Would that distract them from biting each other's arms off?
