17 year cicada

Howdy frinds, ivebeen hearing that its time for the seventeen year cicada invation in the eastern US. Im really not sure how the scorps would react to these. My large female emp has been very greedy lately. None of the feeders have touched the bottom of the enclosur fir very long. And this is after a recent molt. Im thinkingof giving her a cicada as a treat. Anyone else try this before?

After gettin' mite infection in my fat tail scorps, I stay away from wild caught feeders. store bought of home grown only.

i've tried feeding cicadas to my scorps before. i only stopped coz it was hard to catch barehanded without catching any attention from onlookers lol

lol, I'm thinking about trying it this year. If there are a lot of them i will. if I'm able, I'll post pics.

if you do, just try catching those from the woods since anything that comes from someone elses backyard will definitely be contaminated with something chemical
