-Opinion- I bought some V. spinigerus from Ken at a show this past weekend. He was a great guy to deal with, and even gave me a bulk discount on his already good prices. I'll definitely buy from him in the future.

Bought 2 C.Hentzi from him and they were in good health when they got here also was very responsive to emails. Next project is B.Jacksoni! (maybe...) All in all made me more comfortable with ordering scorps over the internet.

got a LQ cb baby plus desert hairy, both came happy and healthy.

I got 3 H. Spinigerus and 4 baby H. Spinifers from Ken. He was great to work with, very professional great to talk to and very prompt with follow up emails and calls. And of course the scorps all came happy and healthy exactly when expected. They were also packed very well. I am definitely ordering more from Ken. I'm nothing but pleased with my experience. I highly recommend ordering from him and he will be the first place I check when looking for anything new.

Back on topic, I just received my 2nd order from Ken. My H. Spinigerus did not do too well in a communal set up. I ended up missing the smallest and my favorite one only to find it's telson. So I seperated them and still wanted a communal desert set up and decided to try with Hottentotta Trilinatus's. I got 5 of those guys and also a baby B. Smithi and everything came with the same excellent packaging and shipping. All of the little ones were alive, healthy and seemingly happy! Communication again was great and still will not hesitate to order from Ken again in the future. Can't go wrong with him!

great online dealer ive got 7 scorpions from him in the past 2 months and had no problems at all , all scorpions came happy n healthy !!!

I just received a desert hairy and some Madagascar hissing roaches from Ken. The packing
was excellent and all the animals arrived alive and healthy. He even added a few extra
hissers, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely order from him again.

Ken is the best. I recently ordered a H. Spadix and 2 P. Boreus. Unfortunately the H. Spadix was DOA and there was a mix up on the P. Boreus so they just sent the one they had. Ken immediately sent out another H. Spadix and sent a Vaejovis Coahuilae to make up for the Boreus. He responded to emails the same day and went above and beyond to make everything right. He is a great dealer and has very good stock. I have also gotten some great tarantulas from him. Support him if you live in the U.S.

Care to elaborate? I've never had a bad transaction with Ken, in fact, you're the only person I've ever heard of having an issue. I'm sure he'd be willing to repair whatever the issue was if you gave him another chance.
