HELP!! scorpion suddenly get super aggresive and not eating might he be mating?

My female emporor just got really violent out of no where and wont accept a meal.

oh and also i got a tiny infant emporor and wondered if i could put him in with my larger female im worried because she could eat him just like a cricket!!!

Do not place the infant Emperor in with the female one. If it is her baby then its fine but if it were separated from birth then do not..
as for the aggressive Female i would say she might b gravid. Gravid females tend to be more defensive. I have a fair experience with gravid female scorpions. One time they tame like a cat but at some times they are violent like a tiger.. What you can do it just leave her be. It wont harm if you did but if u do disturb her u might get a little pinch in the fingers... my 2 cents Very Happy

Aggressiveness isn't usually directly linked with molting.

As for being gravid, if you post a pic we might be able to tell. Very Happy

lol pregnant. for some reason people say gravid a lot more when its invertebrates and fish than mammals... i don't really know why.

I have a gravid female that's *extremely* cranky right now. It got to the point where I had to remove my male- he already has two scars from her, both right after mating. Lucky him, he gets a gentle female to chill with for now. XD

If you have a male in the same tank as the female, keep an eye on how they interact. Some gravid females are ok with males being around, others get super-defensive. Not sure how other females interact when one is gravid.

ive got the same propblem, i bought my emp on the weekend and he said it was probibly a female but when i saw the underside i thought it was male but hes kinda chunky and very very agressive lol so could my emp be gravid??
