I have a couple of emperors, male and female for over a year, and they dont breed. I saw them do the promenade a deux once, but no spermatophore was to be seen. Lately, they pass their whole time hidden. I would like to know what could put them in the mood to breed.

Separate them for a few days / weeks, then reintroduce the male.

I am an expert, by the way. Wink

Good, I'll try bumping the temp a few degrees every week, and separating the male in the same time. Should I rearrange the enclosure before reintegrating him???

In this case I wouldn't recommend rearranging anything; you want to preserve the pheromones that the female may be laying down.
