Based on your location and the size of this specimen I'd guess Euscorpiops longimanus but that's just a google fueled guess. Maybe E. problematicus or E. binghamii? I think my guess is close as it's a species naturally found in Thailand for starters.

Thak you very much, I sent this pic to professor in france, he ID. same you, he told me this scorpion is in Genus Euscorpiops but can not confirm species. He want sample. I'll use your ID. for search.

Euscorpius for sure.
Someone mentioned they looked like Uroctonus mordax, and what the hey they look so similiar to my U. mordax scorps.
