Wolf spider slings!!!!

Been trying to breed my wolf spiders for many years now. And it finally happened!!! I saw her one day carrying the egg sack around! After a very long month of impatience, I look in her enclosure, and see lots of babies!! Moved her out the "general population tank" and into her own so I can move her out after the slings are ready to be on their own.

And to think wolf spiders are everywhere around this time of year in Vancouver. Aggressive little buggers and will chase you if challenged. We just kill them since they are always found in clothes, on walls and running around the house if you are ground level or in a basement suite here.

We have them everywhere also...I'm just doing different studies on different species. lol. My mom thinks I'm crazy.

Really cool pics! What will you feed the little guys? I have a female Southern Black Widow that I have had since a tiny sling. She loved wingless fruit fiies when she was little. I bet your little slings would like those also.
