i have tried to get a good picture of my setup to show you guys, but its off a mobile phone and not that good, but here goes anyway, comments/advice is welcome.

on the right hand side are 2 cork tubes for them to climb up and inside, large flat stone incase they get frisky, on the left is another cork tube and some bogwood, with fake plant/tree and the water dish.

i know the substrate is not that deep, thats because the male decided to dig under one of the cork tubes i had and then it all collapsed on him, so i had to redo the tank today.

It looks sharp in there. If I was a scorpion I'd like it. I found my guys like their cork tubes laying flat to allow entrance and then to let them regulate humidity better I split mine into half pipes and partially buried them in the substrate. Also cork tube isn't heavy to a big old forest scorpion. I'd be more worried about if they try to burrow under that rock as it's probably heavier then cork.

the rock actually sits on a few mm of substrate, the male dug a nice burrow under 1 of the cork tubes and the female went to take a look and it either had a squabble or made the male jump and the cork tube was lifted a few inch then dropped which destroyed the burrow lol, since i put them back in, they have been really active and nice to each other, i put the cork tubes upright to mimic a tree trunk, they can climb up it and get in the top way or go from underneath as there is a hole at the bottom, they really seem to like it now, but there is no way they can get under the rock, thats 1 thing i made sure of lol

I'd put money on them settling in the sideways tube on the left.

the female is sat inbetween the 2 upright tubes right now, and the male is just wondering around the tank he comes up to the base of the uprights does a little jig which she responds doing the same, then he just wanders off lol, im just really glad they look a hell of a lot happier now than before, i had 5 cork tubes in the before today and a sort of flat rock, but i went to my local river today and found the perfect flat rock, i just left it in boiling water for half hour to kill any germs it may have had.

yep that's the right call. Less for germs and more for parasites or chemicals. That jig is him testing the waters you may get to see some hot scorpion love making some time soon. If they haven't already.

they both seem to do it to each other, they stop walking then just as they ready to set off again they do the little jig lol, its quite funny to watch, i havent seen any sign of them mating yet, but he does like to follow her around and when he isnt following her its like he is up and down looking for her doing the little jig lol

I would suggest you bury the cork tubes partially. Also, they do not need to climb (and they can get injured if they fall when climbing) so you could use those 2 vertical tubes for extra hides (if you partially bury them horizontally/diagonally).
