| How are you keeping the humidity up? Spraying the tank? False bottom?
Also, what type of lid do you have? Screen top? Glass? | |

| for the humidity i just keep the substrate damp (coco) and the lid is a snug fitting plastic one with the red light (25w) on one side | |

| Okay..........the plastic top is what's making the glass fog up.
More ventilation holes in the lid should solve the problem.
What size and type of tank are you using by the way?
Another option is to get plexiglass cut so that it fits in the inside lip of the tank, and so that it covers at least 2/3 of the top.

| As mentioned by Scorpion19981000, additional ventilation should prevent your glass from fogging up. Ideally, you should try to get some air flow across the glass, so consider placing holes above the front and back edges of your top. Before drilling, you might want to try sliding your top back from the front and prop it up in the back to make small gaps along the front and back of your top. Experiment with various size gaps to determine how much ventilation you need. Be sure your scorp can't squeeze through the gaps, we don't want any escapes. Good luck. | |
