Hi Connie.
If you've cleaned the wound with warm water, there's not much to do except wait for time and nature to take it's course, healing Pimple.
I would suggest however, applying a thin layer of Betadine on the broken skin. Do this to prevent infections from occuring. I've used it on my skink before and it worked wonders! In any case, go for Betadine ointment over creams. A thin layer of ointment provides a better boundary for the wound, and is water resistant to a certain extent. Just be sure it doesn't get into Pimple's eyes or mouth.
Another thing that you would need to take into serious consideration is a clean enclosure at least until the wound properly heals.
*Betadine contains Povidone-iodine (PVPI) with a range of 9 to 12% concentration. Any generic/derivative brand names with similar chemical composition will do the work just as well (in case you fail to get Betadine from your local pharmacy).
Good luck and keep us posted!
