to post a picture you can host them from the site or if you have a link where they are you can type

Just put brackets around img and /img

You have to be a member for 7 days before you post any pics.
If you have a photobucket, you could send someone a personal message with the link for the pics in it. And then they can post it for you.

You don't really need a photobucket, you can host pics by clicking the "host an image" symbol in the reply box. Obviously, you can't do this for another week.
