| If I have to choose between roaches and crickets as feeders which is better?
The only species available nearby that I know of atm are Turkistan roaches.
Currently I have: 0.0.1 H. longimanus 1.0.0 Lou Han
but I'm planning to get more arachnids...

| Roaches are better, if you can get them easily. I wouldn't breed them myself for just one scorpion. | |

+1 Imo, when your collection grows to a point where a moult is no longer big news to you.. You should have a roach colony going on already Whenever possible, offer a variety of feeder would be ideal. My little recipe to share: 1) Roaches - 60% of diet 2) Crickets - 38% of diet 3) Meal-worms- 2% of diet

| Sure why not I'll probably work on a guide or something. You're able to get more adult pairs locally in your area? | |

| Yay! One more [how to] I think I'll be able to get them shipped from central europe. Locally I can get just N. cinerea, but I refuse to breed those due to their climbing nature. | |

When are you planning to get them shipped to you? Probably end on march/beginning of april. I want the minimum temps here to reach atleast 10 celsius before getting anything shipped.

| roaches
breed them and sell your surplus, it is VERY EASY to keep a growing colony of roaches (dubia, lats, lobster, etc.) in our country. A huge tub, egg crates, regular misting and high protein dogfood + vegetable/ fruit scraps will keep them happy and propagating.
plus crickets smell | |
